7. What an refreshing change!  I must say, I have had the most difficult time finding people who are competent and capable of doing good work, to say nothing of hard-working and responsible enough to deliver an assignment on time and with out errors.  Boy, did I luck out when I hired !

To put it simply, when I gave Sanvera an assignment I discovered that I could not only rely on them to meet his deadline with perfectly executed work, I was absolutely shocked and amazed to find that they would also take it upon themselves (without being asked) to check his teammate's work and offer assistance when and where necessary.  Not to be overly dramatic, but their level of excellence and assumed responsibility came as such a surprise I nearly fainted... but gave them a bonus instead.
